My Personal Journey: From Healing Hearts to Transforming Lives
My journey has always been about well-being, connection, and healing—but it didn’t begin where I expected.
After training at Harvard and Mount Sinai, I dedicated over a decade to clinical cardiology, focusing solely on physical heart health. Yet, despite helping thousands of patients, I found myself battling burnout, stress, and emotional exhaustion—a struggle I soon realized many of my patients and colleagues shared.
That experience transformed my understanding of true health. I came to see that healing extends far beyond the physical—it must also embrace emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.
Today, as a workplace well-being leader, mindfulness teacher, and speaker, I integrate medical science, leadership principles, and mindfulness practices to create lasting transformation in both individual lives and organizational cultures.
